Lublin Residence

This is an intimate villa with a garden, where you will find two atmospheric apartments. Situated on a side street in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood. Each apartment has a parking space in the fenced area of the property.

Perfectly connected to the center of Lublin and with easy access to the S19 expressway. The area has numerous shops, popular restaurants, a spa and a swimming pool.

The house underwent a thorough renovation and completely changed its appearance. We have great sentiment for it because it has been in our family since its construction in 1975. 

When creating Lublin Residence, we made sure to creatively use elements from the old house - marble, doors, some furniture, which were given a new life after renovation.

Large, over 60 square meters, air-conditioned apartments, with a parking space and access to the garden, will provide you with a comfortable stay in our beautiful city.

We gained experience in creating unique places by creating Siedlisko Sobibór www.siedliskosobibor.pl and Siedlisko Jabłonna www.siedliskojablonna.pl

Apartament nr 1

Apartament nr 1 has an elegant character with rustic accents. The interior is bright and spacious. The living room has large windows to the floor itself and a balcony with a view of garden, on in which on a warm day you can drink your morning coffee, or in the evening, enjoy a glass of good wine and enjoy the view of beautifully illuminated trees.

The apartment is suitable for 2 - 4 people.

Apartment nr 2

From Apartament nr 2 it will be difficult to  move our. It has it has a loft-rustic character.
The interior was created on spacious attic with big windows to  the floor. You will be reminded of your childhood years by a wooden swing hanging between the seating area and kitchen.

The apartment is suitable for 2 - 4 people.
